Design

Working in a pivotal role in the UI/UX overhaul of Google Fit, a ubiquitous fitness tracking app. Contributing as part of a design team, I championed human-centered design principles and A/B testing methodologies to inform a data-driven redesign that gamifies the fitness experience and boosts user engagement. This involved collaborating with colleagues to implement a minimalist aesthetic and an intuitive information architecture for effortless navigation. Together, we spearheaded the introduction of 'Heart Points,' a novel metric that incentivizes users to pursue a holistic approach to fitness. The result is a next-generation fitness companion, a testament to the power of collaborative design, that fosters a personalized wellness journey and drives behavior change through gamification principles.
